Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looked off in writing from home.

The role helps improve AI reasoning by providing precise feedback and actionable explanations. Ideal candidates are fluent in English with sharp attention to detail, enjoy thoughtful analysis, and can deliver concise, evidence-based reviews.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing a specific, English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard for each evaluation.
