Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, all on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing image/video outputs to prompts, identifying issues such as distorted anatomy or audio-video misalignment, and delivering concise explanations. This role supports shaping AI systems by providing precise feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.
• Enjoys discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts or misalignment.
