Job summary

Outlier offers a remote, flexible opportunity to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video pairs, assess adherence to prompts, and provide written explanations to help improve AI systems.

Role is remote with flexible hours, paying hourly with incentives. Applicants from multiple regions can participate, and you will gain access to leading LLMs as part of the engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation.
