Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare visuals and assess how closely outputs follow prompts, then explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

Contributors review images, videos, captions and audio, focusing on accuracy and realism. Earn up to $18/hr with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when multiple flaws exist.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distorted anatomy, flicker, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, realism and writing targeted explanations.
• Image evaluations: compare two AI images for the same prompt and pick the better one.
• Video evaluations: rank AI videos against a text prompt or source clip.
• Video caption labeling: create precise captions from AI drafts and correct them.
• Audio evaluations: rate speech naturalness and target voice match.
