Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere, on your own schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Work remotely with flexible hours, and earn up to $15 per hour. Paid weekly via ACH, PayPal and AirTM, with opportunities to earn incentives as you contribute to improving AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or recheck.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think quickly and explain decisions clearly in writing.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rating how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely and spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or misalignment, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Writing a specific, English-language explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
