Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Provide written explanations pointing to what was seen or heard, with specifics.
