Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain any discrepancies in writing, all on your own time.

Responsibilities include scoring outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and providing concise English explanations. The program emphasizes learning and real-world AI improvement while paying hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining choices in real-time.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, zooming in or replaying to spot problems like artifacts or mismatches.
• Writing English explanations pointing to what you saw or heard to justify decisions.
