Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will discuss with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what was off, all in writing and on your own terms.

Responsibilities include evaluating live conversations, assessing image/video prompts, and producing concise, evidence-based explanations. This role helps improve AI systems and meets the needs of frontier research in a distributed, remote team.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and speaking in natural, everyday conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio/video.
• Rate each output across dimensions like adherence, quality and realism, and write a concise English explanation.
