Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score each exchange, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and weekly payments. You’ll get free access to leading LLMs and can earn up to $18 USD per hour, plus incentives based on mission performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; able to replay or zoom in for issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to reason and explain what is off in AI outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate outputs.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs for artifacts, flicker, or misalignment.
• Write clear English explanations pointing to what was off.
