Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judge which follows prompts better, and explain in writing what looked off.
• Inspect outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot issues like artifacts, mismatches, text errors, or misaligned audio.
• Provide a written explanation for each evaluation that points to observed issues.
