Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated images and videos to prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness and usefulness of outputs, inspecting outputs closely, and producing concise explanations in English for each decision.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and assess fidelity to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, artifacts, or misalignment.
• Write a clear, English explanation detailing what was seen or heard and why.
