Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked off or sounded off to determine which rendition follows prompts more accurately.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in natural language.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, misaligned audio, or text errors.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard and why a choice was made.
