Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain what looked or sounded wrong, contributing to improved AI reasoning and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
