Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all from home and on a flexible schedule.

You’ll help shape how AI systems reason and learn by providing structured feedback across prompts, visuals, and audio. This remote role offers flexible hours and ongoing access to top language models.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios conversationally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely by zooming/replaying to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, and writing a precise English explanation.
