Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule. The role supports flexible hours and pays hourly.

Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality and realism, and writing concise explanations in English that describe what you observed. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfort with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Writing a specific explanation in English that points to what was seen or heard and why a choice was made.
