Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with keen attention to detail and strong written communication. Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus, and prior experience writing concise reviews is preferred. Flexible hours and remote work offered.

• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs to spot distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio-visuals.
• Provide written explanations pointing to what was seen or heard.
