Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media via live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video pairs, judge alignment with prompts, and explain observed issues in writing. This remote role offers flexible hours and weekly payments.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and comfortable making clear final judgments when facing imperfect options. Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail with patience to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree preferred if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely, spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, and misaligned audio.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues and improvements.
