Outlier seeks detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication, keen attention to detail, and the ability to justify decisions with concise explanations. Flexible, remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Writing specific explanations in English describing what you saw or heard.
