Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video pairs, judge adherence to prompts, and provide written explanations of issues, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, excellent written English, and the ability to articulate why a result is off. Remote work with flexible hours is available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain your reasoning clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, misalignment of audio and video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of findings.
