Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate outputs for naturalness and prompt adherence, and provide written explanations of any issues. Remote work from anywhere with weekly payments.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable making clear judgments when options both have flaws. Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.

• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write concise explanations in English detailing what was observed.
