Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media through live conversations with AI voice models, comparing image and video pairs, and explaining what’s off. This remote role offers flexible hours and weekly payments.

You’ll help shape how AI systems reason and learn by providing written evaluations based on observed outputs. Ideal candidates possess strong written English, meticulous attention to detail, and experience explaining results concisely.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to listen closely and replay when needed.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Think clearly on your feet and explain outcomes in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio/video.
• Writing a concise, English explanation pointing to what was observed.
