Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will rate conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos to prompts, and explain errors in writing, all from a remote location on a self‑paced schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong attention to detail and able to articulate clear explanations. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, and pay includes potential incentives and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing detailed explanations in English describing what was seen or heard.
