Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere in the world. You will narrate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong attention to detail, capable of clear decision making, and experienced in producing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images/videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, misalignment of audio and video.
• Writing specific explanations in English pointing to what was seen or heard and why a choice was made.
