Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from a fully remote, flexible-hours setup. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing, helping improve AI systems in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and ability to follow natural conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss real scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of clear decision-making when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism and explain findings in writing.
