Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges for naturalness, and explain what looked off in writing, all from home with a flexible schedule.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos to see which follows prompts better, provide concise explanations in English, and help improve AI systems through careful evaluation. Remote work supports travel and varied hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom for issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge which better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot problems like distortion, flicker, text or audio mismatches.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and write concise explanations in English.
