Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely.

Earn up to $15 USD per hour, with additional incentives through Missions. Flexible hours, no minimum commitment, and free access to leading LLMs as you help improve AI behavior.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain reasoning clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each interaction sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or mismatches between audio and video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English detailing what was observed.
