Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours and weekly pay. Rates are up to $15 USD per hour, with additional incentives based on project and performance, and you’ll gain free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to scrutinize outputs closely.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking their outputs.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted artifacts.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
