Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to carefully listen and analyze.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity of each exchange.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, misalignment, or audio/video mismatch and describe them in writing.
• Provide a written explanation of judgments highlighting key observations.
