Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what is off, remotely and on your own schedule.

The role offers flexible hours, fully remote work, and access to leading LLMs. Rates are up to $15 USD per hour, with additional incentives based on project requirements and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank naturalness, usefulness and clarity of outputs.
• Inspect AI-generated media to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English detailing what was observed.
