Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their home. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, all on your own schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your insights help shape how frontier AI systems reason and improve. This is a remote freelance opportunity with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote freelance setting.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Writing concise, evidence-based explanations in English.
