Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, scoring outputs, and explaining what’s off. You’ll compare image and video pairs and assess which follows prompts more accurately, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Contributors help improve AI systems by providing written explanations, with paid weekly via ACH or PayPal. Remote work and freedom to set hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues.
