Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, live conversations with AI voice models, and compare image and video pairs. You will explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness and usefulness of outputs, inspecting for artifacts, and writing concise explanations in English. This role offers flexible hours, a remote setup, and competitive hourly pay with incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail; patience to replay or zoom in to verify issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models, ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely for artifacts, distortions, or mismatches and describing issues in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing concise explanations in English.
