Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and participate in live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare generated images and videos, judge which follows prompts better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and clear speaking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to review content carefully.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining your decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos for adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and write a concise, evidence-based English explanation.
