Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As part of our evaluation loop, you’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve by documenting concise explanations and ranking outputs for quality, realism, and adherence to prompts. This freelance role offers flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio/video and writing precise explanations in English.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, with written justifications.
