Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-focused reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain issues found in writing.

This remote, flexible role pays up to $15/hr with additional incentives based on project scope and performance. Eligible applicants review AI prompts and assess realism, quality, and adherence across media types.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and helpful each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which followed the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Writing a concise explanation in English that points to what was observed.
