Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to assess AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rate realism and usefulness, and explain what is off in written form.

Contributors review images, videos, and audio, evaluating adherence to prompts and quality. This freelance, remote role pays up to $15/hr with additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable speaking in realistic, natural conversations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Writing explanations in English that describe what was seen or heard with specifics.
