Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will role-play live conversations with an AI voice model, score each exchange, and judge which image or video best follows the prompt, then explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distortions or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
