Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and assess how well outputs follow prompts, then explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Work is fully remote with flexible hours. Earn up to $15/hour, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. This role helps shape AI that reasons more accurately in real-world use cases.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mis-matches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
