Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

This is a fully remote, 1099 contract role with earnings up to $15 per hour and additional incentives. You’ll help shape AI systems by evaluating outputs for realism, adherence, and quality, and you may access leading LLMs as part of the role.

Qualifications

• English speaker with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to describe observations precisely.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank naturalness and usefulness of responses and outputs.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts and assess fidelity.
• Explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong and why.
