Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media through live conversations with AI voice models and by comparing image and video pairs. You will explain what’s off and how outputs align with prompts, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication and meticulous attention to detail. Prior experience writing concise explanations is helpful, and you should be comfortable making decisions when both options

• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely by zooming in or replaying to spot problems such as artifacts, motion issues, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what was observed.
