Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off or sounded unnatural, all remotely and on your schedule.

Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by identifying issues like misalignment with prompts, visual artifacts, or audio mismatches. Remote, flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing what was off.
