Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-fluent contributors to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay with AI voice models, rank outputs for naturalness and adherence to prompts, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Review tasks include comparing images and videos, identifying issues like animated artifacts, text errors, and audio/video mismatches, and providing precise, evidence-based explanations to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess how well they follow prompts.
Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, motion issues, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
Writing a concise explanation in English pointing to observed issues.
