Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and scoring exchanges. You will compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence and write explicit explanations of what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs across dimensions such as adherence and realism, inspecting for artifacts, and providing writing explanations in clear, concise English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication, and comfortable with natural conversation.
• High attention to detail, with patience to listen closely and replay when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models, ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or mismatched audio.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation of what was observed.
