Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours, paid weekly, and up to $15/hour plus incentives. You’ll help shape AI systems by identifying issues like distortions, misalignments, and errors, and providing written explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain findings clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural and how well outputs follow prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distortions, misalignment, and mismatched audio/video.
• Writing detailed explanations in English describing what you saw or heard.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
