Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere in the world. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

Work remotely with flexible hours and pay up to $15 per hour, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal or AirTM. Prior experience with clear written communication helps, but attention to detail is key and you’ll help improve real AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate outputs.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Explain in writing what looked off, with concrete examples.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flicker, or misalignment.
• Provide written explanations in English highlighting issues.
