Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare generated images and videos for prompt adherence, and explain what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As a freelancer with Outlier, your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with weekly payments and incentives, allowing you to work from home

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable speaking through realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and clarity.
• Ranking AI-generated image and video pairs for prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted motion or audio-visual mismatches.
• Writing explanations in English that detail what was observed.
