Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will rate live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18 per hour, with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs. You can work flexibly from anywhere, with no minimum hours, contributing to frontier AI evaluation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay/zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a nice-to-have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining scenarios conversationally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
