Outlier is hiring English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media remotely. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, rank the outputs, and explain what looked off in writing. Tasks include comparing image/video prompts and judging fidelity, with focus on clarity, realism, and adherence.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in natural conversational contexts.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live English conversations with AI voice models and rating how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos against prompts to judge fidelity.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, artifacts, or misalignment and describing issues in writing.
• Providing a written explanation that points to observed issues in each task.
