Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home, with flexible hours. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and on your schedule.

Your work helps shape AI systems by providing precise feedback on realism, adherence, and quality. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and capable of producing concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to identify issues.
• Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific explanations in English.
