Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off, all from home.

Your observations help improve AI systems, with performance-based pay and flexible hours. Contributors can earn up to $15 USD per hour, with weekly payments and access to leading language models.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to rewatch or replay.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable deciding when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distortions, flickering or misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explicit explanations in English.
